How can I buy a product on lolitas.co.za?

  • Find the product you are interested in by browsing the product categories.
  • Once you've found the product, hit the 'Add to Shopping Cart' button.
  • Click on Shopping Cart (Top Right Corner)
  • Complete your check out
  • Choose a payment method and click 'Proceed'
  • After your order is completed, you'll receive a unique 'Order Confirmation No'
We'll take your payment details and give you a receipt, and your purchase will be on the way to you in a discreet parcel.
It could not be simpler, so don't be worried and give it a try!
 
Do you have a physical shop?
No, we don't have a physical shop. As an online-shop we're open 24/7 and are able to deliver at the lowest prices with the most discreet service possible. If you do have any questions about our products or services please don't hesitate to contact us.
 
Is your service really discreet?
Yes, shopping on lolitas.co.za is 100% private and discreet.
Bank and Credit Card statements have no reference whatsoever to the name of the shop. Contents are NOT indicated on the exterior of the package and the return address is a PO Box address. Under no circumstances will lolitas.co.za disclose or share your information or the information regarding your order.
 
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 72 hours. Your order will then take another 24-48 hours to reach you (depending on your location).
 
Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of South Africa.
 
Why don't you sell Adult DVDs or Adult PC Games?
Unfortunately it is illegal to distribute adult material (visual pornographic material) via the internet or mail order in South Africa.
 
Are all your products legal?
Yes, all products on lolitas.co.za are perfectly legal and all pharmaceutical products are prescription free.

A word on safety and hygiene.
We do not risk the health and safety of others by accepting returns of undamaged products (even if a claim states that the product has not been used). Due to the intimate nature of our products we never ask for the return of a non-defective product that might have been potentially used by someone else. This would be an unacceptable business practice. We ask the customer to take care of the disposal of the product and offer a replacement or a refund.
 
What information do I have to submit to place an order?
Your credit card number, and credit card expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. The personal data you submit on our website will not be passed on to any unauthorized third party.
 
How does lolitas.co.za protect customer information?
Lolitas.co.za uses the latest encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. All your ordering information - including your name, address, and credit card number - is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security.
 
Do you accept any other payment methods besides credit cards?
We also accept Bank Deposits, you can pay your billed amount by making a Direct Internet Transfer, or Cash Deposit into our account. We'll start processing your order as soon as we receive your payment. We only accept bank deposit from South African banks (no international transfers).
NB: Please don't make an ATM transfer, because we'll receive your payment, but won’t be able to track your personal details.

How do I know if lolitas.co.za has received my order?
After clicking "Process my Order" you will immediately see a confirmation page. In addition, you will shortly receive an email confirming your order.
 
How can I cancel an order?
Inform us about your cancellation immediately. Please be advised that an order that has advanced through the shipping process as far as being picked and packed cannot be cancelled anymore.
